The Story
With retirement comes rest and relaxation. That’s why our client sold their family home in the Northern Beaches and approached the our team with her dream to find and secure the perfect Central Coast holiday home.
With a large family with lots of grandchildren, our client’s priority was to find a suitable residence that had a private resort feel; whilst having individual spaces for adults, teenagers and younger children to relax and unwind without interruption!
Featuring state of the art finishes and a sprawling Hamptons-inspired design, our client fell in love with the secured property at first sight. However, with a vendor not willing to meet the market during a downturn in property prices, the “waiting game” was played to ensure the vendor met the current market conditions.
Relying on our ability to effectively negotiate and navigate the market and not being vulnerable to the usual “tricks of the trade” that sales agents have grown accustomed to relying on, our client saved a whopping 16% off the original sales price within 6 weeks, a result that revealed to our client the unseen value and return on investment that employing a buyers’ agent entails.
