The Story.

When a mother looking to downsize reached out to the team, we were tasked with a very time-critical assignment: to secure a quality home within the settlement term of our client’s existing family home.

As a mother to two musicians, a property with features to suit was a necessity. From a large space for storing equipment to a large bath to wash instruments. Also being an avid swimmer, a level backyard suitable for a future lap-pool was also required!

With our client having an expectation to rent during the search, the team has over-delivered securing an off-market opportunity within two weeks of engagement!
